Basic functionality will involve the ability for customers to enquire about a date and time and to see the menu available for when they wish to book. They may then enter the details of their reservation and confirm the booking . The system should be able to send an email confirmation to the customer.
a) Write a use case specification for customer reservation process of the system. 16
b) Prepare a use case diagram covering the enquiry, menu look up and reservation scenario for the customer.
c) Describe the data required about the Customer and the Reservation and the fixed data that the system would require in order to ensure that the restaurant does not overbook.
