Submit referenced testimony that is designed to support a 5 minute oral statement before a Congressional Committee with health jurisdiction (i.e. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension, House Ways and Means, House Energy and Commerce, Senate Finance, etc). Limit the paper to no more than 10 double-spaced pages. Please be creative in selecting your health topic of interest. For example, you may be proposing a new piece of legislation, arguing a new policy angle to existing policy, or arguing why existing law and policy should be changed.Your testimony should include:• a brief background description of key issues, facts, and arguments (both pros and cons: the best testimony will anticipate opposition and counter it with logic and facts).
