Refer to the Scenario Assignments 1-6. Preparation:Before writing the paper, complete the Confirmative Evaluative Evaluability Assessment Form for Training Programs (PST 3.2) to determine whether the selected program is appropriate for a confirmative evaluation. If the program is not appropriate for a confirmative evaluation, then choose another program to evaluate.  Write a three to four (3-4) page paper in which you:1. Provide an introduction paragraph in which you state the primary goal(s) of the planned evaluation (thesis).2. Analyze the context and need of the organization—the business or organizational focus, managerial style, and number of employees, locations, and type of customers or clients—for which the evaluation is planned. (Note: Assign a fictional name to the organization.)3. Describe three (3) key elements of the program’s content (subject, goals, or objectives, stand alone or part of a curriculum, choice—required or optional, etc.).4. Analyze the needs of the learners by identifying at least five (5) characteristics, such as: profession or job types, manager / non-manager employees, years’ experience in their field, attitude toward training content, prior knowledge of content, computer knowledge, age, gender, or other elements that would help in describing the learners.5. Describe any motivational methods or incentives (pay, rewards, honors, grades, recognition, certification, improved job skills, improved self-esteem, etc.) used in the program to influence participation and / or learning, and explain the reason for their inclusion.6. Describe the trigger event and / or primary reasons for conducting a confirmative evaluation.7. Predict at least three (3) benefits expected from conducting the confirmative evaluation.8. Provide a conclusion that summarizes the key points of the plan.9. Provideat least two (2) reliable, relevant, peer-reviewed references, published within the last five (5) years that support the paper’s claims regarding motivational methods, reasons for conducting a confirmative evaluation, and benefits from an evaluation.Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:• Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA.
